Sukha Yoga teaches Vinyasa Yoga. A Vinyasa yoga class involves linking asana's (body posture) and breath in a connective sequenced flow. At Sukha Yoga, we invite you to practice in a way that is comfortable for your body so that you can be completely present and aware of how you like to move.
