Embracing Sūrya 

As the seasonal wheel tips towards Spring, I’ve recorded this practice to gently assist us in aligning with the healing and illuminating qualities of the Sun. 

This well rounded practice features chanting vedic mantra, considered asana movement and specific pranayama to support a restoration of wholeness. 

If you have a block, you might like to keep it close to sit on, or for the use with some of the standing postures.
